Cropland

In general, no-till credits may be paid to operators who commit to using continuous conservation tillage practices (no-till) for the entire term of a five-year contract. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the tillage guidelines before enrolling. Hayland and alfalfa on FSA cropland (listed as forage) should also be enrolled as "no-till".  Land not listed as cropland is not eligible for this type of offset.  Non-cropland may be eligible for rangeland offsets if grazed.
